Located on Kirkwood Ave directly adjacent to Drumry train station there are a row of eight individually rentable garages, which at one point in time where all used by our residents and served a purpose to the community. 

Sadly those days have gone and the garages are now falling apart and have over the past couple of years been subjected to fire, damage and general abuse. 

It is our intention to work with the owners (WDC), immediate neighbours and other appropriate associations to remove the extremely dangerous eyesore and find a suitable solution/replacement that is agreed (most importantly with those close neighbours) with all interested parties. 

At the moment there a couple of suggestions as to what could be done with the land including turning the land into a train station car park similar to what is used on the Drumry side of the train station or even to simply lay grass down. We are open to further suggestions but we must always be mindful of the adjacent neighbours views on the potential improvements.
